WRISCO STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Service charges – past due accounts may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or to the extent allowed by law. Returned checks are subject to service charges to the extent allowed by law. No goods returned without permission. 20% restocking charge. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made to the transportation company at the time of receipt of goods. Defective goods will be replaced upon approval. However, Wrisco will not be responsible for labor back charges or consequential damages. All sales are final. In the event of a suit for collection, reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs will be added to the cost of the invoice. In the event of any litigation from this contract or account, the parties agree that venue be in Palm Beach County, Florida, and all Florida law will govern. Sales of goods by Wrisco Industries Inc. are made subject to the Wrisco Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We hereby certify that these goods were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the United States Department of Labor issued under Section 14, thereof.
